The Challenge
With a deep-bench of roles and responsibilities to over 55,000+ residents, GBPA regularly holds events, conferences and seminars, open to the public. The company needed a way better publicize and promote its events.
The Solution
We developed a website to be the online centre for all events, conferences and seminars hosted or supported by Grand Bahama Port Authority.
The dedicated events website, branded as GBPA Event Hub, serves as the sole resource for all company-related events. It features new and upcoming events with the ability to register for single events, learn more about speakers, presentations, image and video content, offers and more.
GBPA Event Hub seeks to drive user engagement across the web and increase conversation about events and developments happening around Grand Bahama. Designed with the mobile-user in mind, the events site is fully mobile-optimized for easy use and registration on any device.
Additionally, each event has its own page that can be shared on social networking platforms to promote its availability and enable increased registrations.
