The Challenge
As a new entrant in the market, Heroic Concrete faced the significant challenge of establishing a strong presence amidst existing competitors. With the recent launch of their nearly $7 million concrete plant on the island, they needed an impactful marketing tool to showcase their wide array of services and products effectively. Additionally, Heroic Concrete required a platform that not only highlighted their commitment to environmental and health and safety standards but also facilitated career applications and assisted customers in estimating their concrete needs
The Solution
To achieve these goals, we started with comprehensive discovery and research, delving into Heroic Concrete's market, competitors, and target audience to identify the necessary features and functionalities for the website. Our design and development phase followed, where we created a visually appealing and intuitive website layout that captured the brand’s professional and reliable image. We meticulously crafted sections to cover all services and products comprehensively.
Design
In addition to design, we developed an interactive concrete estimator tool to assist customers in accurately calculating their concrete needs. We also created a dedicated portal for career applications to streamline the recruitment process.
For content creation and integration, we emphasized Heroic Concrete's commitment to environmental and health and safety standards, integrating the concrete estimator tool with the sales department to ensure a seamless transition from estimation to formal quote requests.
