The Challenge
With a deep-bench of roles and responsibilities to over 55,000+ residents, GBPA needed a smart and effective digital method of publishing all its public documents for availability to residents of the city and otherwise prospective foreign investors.
The Solution
We developed a website integrated into programmable, categorized database, consisting of 160+ documents including, but not limited to: forms, applications, bye-laws, zoning laws, restrictive covenants and legacy government agreements to house this information. The website provides the ability to securely live-search (akin to a search engine) any document by keyword and view or download an individual copy.
GBPA’s Digital Library brings important documents together in one easy-to-access location, saving users the hassle of scouring the internet or visiting GBPA headquarters to gain access to them. The GBPA Library does not require registration and gives users instant access to the full text of each document.
